Quick Summary: We accept returns and exchanges within 15 days of delivery. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original packaging with tags attached.
Our Return & Exchange Policy
1 Eligibility Period
You have 15 days from the date you receive your costume to request a return or exchange.
2 Condition Requirements
To be eligible for return or exchange, items must be:
- ๐ญ In original condition (unworn, unwashed, undamaged)
- ๐ท๏ธ With all original tags attached
- ๐ฆ In original packaging
- ๐งพ With original receipt or proof of purchase
3 Non-Returnable Items
For health and safety reasons, the following items cannot be returned or exchanged:
- ๐ถ Newborn Baby Costumes and Baby Costumes (intimate apparel items)
- ๐ญ Costumes with makeup or cosmetic components that have been opened
- ๐ Intimate apparel items from any category
- ๐ฆ Items that are not in original condition or missing tags
Note: This is based on our product categories including Baby Costumes, Newborn Baby Costumes, and other intimate apparel items where hygiene is paramount.
How to Return or Exchange an Item
1 Contact Our Customer Service
Email us at [email protected] within 15 days of receiving your order. Use the template below to ensure we have all the necessary information.
2 Wait for Authorization
We’ll respond within 24-48 hours with a Return Authorization Number and shipping instructions.
3 Package Your Item
Securely package the item in its original packaging, include your Return Authorization Number, and ship to:

4 Shipping Costs
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error (wrong item, defective product, etc.).
Refund Information

Once we receive and inspect your return:
- Processing Time: 3-5 business days after we receive your return
- Refund Method: Refunds will be issued to your original payment method
- Appearance on Statement: Depending on your financial institution, refunds may take 5-10 business days to appear on your account
Accepted Payment Methods for Refunds: Visa, MasterCard, JCB, and PayPal (same as your original payment method)
Exchange Process

For size or style exchanges:
- Follow the same return process outlined above
- Clearly indicate in your email that you want an exchange and specify the preferred size/style
- We’ll ship your new item once we receive the return
- If the exchange item costs more, you’ll need to pay the difference
- If it costs less, we’ll refund the difference
Exchange shipping is free for customers in eligible regions (global except remote areas and parts of Asia).
