• Free Shipping: Via EMS for orders of $50 or more, delivered in 15-25 business days after shipment

We ship globally with the following exceptions:

• Some remote areas are not serviced
• Delivery to parts of Asia may not be available

• Newborn Baby Costumes and Baby Costumes (intimate apparel items)
• Costumes with opened makeup or cosmetic components
• Intimate apparel items from any category
• Items not in original condition or missing tags

To return an item:

1. Contact our customer service within 15 days of delivery
2. Wait for authorization and Return Authorization Number
3. Package the item securely in original packaging

5.4 Refunds

• Processed within 3-5 business days after we receive your return
• Issued to your original payment method
• May take 5-10 business days to appear on your account
